Alexandre’s flagship Chenin Blanc cuvée blends fruit from clay-silex and gravelly clay soils. Fermented in old barrels with minimal intervention, the wine is balanced, structured, and vibrant. “2023 is a lovely vintage—structured and fruit-forward. The wines have an ease to them, ready to drink,” Alexandre notes. Slightly honeyed and off-dry with integrated volatile acidity, it displays bright acidity, delicate yellow fruit, with wooly and mineral undertones.
