A pale pink, lightly sparkling rosato made from 100% Raboso, the notorious red grape of Veneto. This ancestral-method rosé spends 15 days fermenting with wild yeasts before resting 4 months in concrete and is then bottled for secondary fermentation.The result is a bone-dry col fondo wine with delicate bubbles and aromas of wild strawberry, pink grapefruit, a touch of toasted brioche, and a slightly herbal note on the finish. Zippy acidity and a chalky mineral line keep it precise and refreshing.
