From 60-year-old vines on volcanic trachite soils in the Euganean Hills, this is a field blend of Moscato Bianco, Pinella, and Garganega. After five days of skin contact and native fermentation, it aged 10 months in concrete and was bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal sulfur. Amber and lightly hazy, it’s vibrant and textural with floral, stone fruit, and smoky mineral notes.
