We chose to age this cuvée ourselves. The concentrated 2021 vintage made it worthwhile, and we first discovered Benoit Camus’ wines by drinking them with age, where their mineral depth really shines. From one of Beaujolais’ quiet cult growers, farming a few hectares near Ville-sur-Jarnioux and making raw, energetic Gamay with no additions.
