Ràdica is made from the historic 120-140 years old Grenache vineyard of Grandfather Vincenzo, now tended by his grandsons, Andrea and Simone Foti. Grown in the mineral-rich soils of Contrade Tartaraci near Bronte, on the northern slopes of Etna, this wine is a lighter, fruit-driven expression of Grenache. With vibrant dark fruit and subtle herbal notes, it’s representative of the vision of Andrea and Simone who prefer more fruit driven and playful wine. It’s more infused than other wines of the estate, but remains very gastronomic. Small doses of sulfur before fermentation and at bottling.
