A pure Sangiovese wine, fermented and aged in terracotta amphorae. The grapes undergo a 10-day skin maceration. La Ginestra, established in 1978 in Tuscany, practices organic and biodynamic agriculture. Spontaneous fermentation, minimal sulfur use, and no filtration. One of their more elegant and serious wines.
