Made from different Chenin Blanc parcels ranging 35 to 55 years old. Harvested ripe and in an aromatic phase, the wine has length and acidity. A great, vibrant and sulfur-free Loire Chenin. Something of a rarity at this price point, especially from a vigneron who also takes risks in the vineyard to enhance the quality of his fruit. A staff favourite!
