A pure expression of Chenin Blanc from massale-selection vines planted in 2018 on clay-limestone soils and old vines from the highest part of the parcel with marl and oyster fossils. The grapes were hand-harvested, meticulously sorted, and direct-pressed with a pneumatic press. Fermentation started slowly in tanks before the wine was transferred to barrels halfway through, aging for two years in foudres or large barrels. Striking minerality and a saline backbone define the palate, with soft yellow fruit and defining yeasty notes with vibrant aging potential. No sulphur is added.
