This effervescent red is 100% Grolleau, grown on sandy alluvial soils. Harvested by hand, the grapes underwent a natural fermentation with whole bunches using indigenous yeasts and were bottled during fermentation to retain a lively sparkle. Bursting with juicy cranberry and cherry notes, it’s Sylvain’s red thirst quencher. Minimal use of sulphur at bottling.
