A rare single-variety Sauvignon, bottled at the urging of Dario’s sons, with around 900 bottles made in 2019. It spent twenty days on skins, then two years in large oak. The grape’s green and grassy edge is still there, but it’s balanced by deep tertiary aromas from the extended extraction and ageing.
