Dario’s blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio, each macerated separately on its skins in open vats, then blended and aged at length in large casks before release. Seven years from harvest, the 2019 shows deep, savoury and nutty flavours like chestnut, but also beeswax and honey. Over time, the tannin gently loses its grip for a more complex, layered grain.
