Chasselas from high-altitude Valais vineyards on schist, limestone and alpine soils. Direct pressed and raised in old barrels, with no added sulphur. This is a clean, finely cut expression of Chasselas, driven by citrus, white orchard fruit and a subtle saline note that speaks clearly of mountain fruit and poor soils. Light in body but not dilute, it finishes crisp, mineral and very precise.
